The cinemas in Stavanger and Sandnes have joined together in a cinema called Kino1. They have together 17 theater rooms and close to 2000 seats. Around 250 movies are shown per year To order tickets  call 820 51 100 or 51 50 07 00 or press this link. Note that Wednesdays are cheaper than other days of the week.

Rogaland Theater

The theater building which Rogaland Theater uses was built in 1883. In 2003, the theater had more than 104 000 visitors. One of the main successes was "Evita"
